Brad Heisman has had a storied and highly successful career as a district/regional manager for market leaders such as Pathmark, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, and Kmart. During this time, Brad has consistently developed high powered sales/profit team with annual sales exceeding $1 billion.  He also has exhibited a passion for mentoring future leaders of these companies and has even developed a leadership training program which was focused on employees realizing their dreams and opportunities for career advancement. In addition, Brad had great success in opening new locations for these chains leading the way for market growth and developing a "customer first" culture in all units. He was also asked to become a training district manager for each of these companies which resulted in hundreds of promotions along the way developing new leaders. He had direct reports of over 150 employees and served as a great mentor to many new managers.

After 35 accomplished years as the consummate professional, Brad made the decision to leave the retail industry and joined A.P.N.G. to lead the branding /licensing initiative along with The Joester Loria Group, a top 10 global licensing agency. He has helped develop one of his personal initiatives for A.P.N.G. by driving the brand ambassador program designed to benefit our long range goal of becoming the next Marvel and resulted in many new opportunities to grow our dynamic brand.

Brad is a graduate of Temple University and has received a BA in Marketing and Management.
