ERIC WESTLAKE 

For over 22 years Mr. Westlake has worked as both a strategy consultant and executive for a variety of companies where he successfully developed and implemented comprehensive business plans and strategies as well as raised capital, oversaw sales and profitability growth and implemented successful exit strategies.  Most recently, Mr. Westlake served as the CFO for W3LL PEOPLE, Inc., a green, all-natural cosmetics manufacturer, where he secured needed capital to increase sales, profitability and expand distribution.  Through these efforts, W3LL PEOPLE achieved their first profitable year.  In 2020, Mr. Westlake guided the successful sale of W3LL PEOPLE to e.l.f. Cosmetics.

 

Mr. Westlake’s clients include film production, real estate development (including multiple sound stage and studio developments), utility, and manufacturing companies as well as various start-up companies. 

 

After receiving his BA in mathematics from UCLA and his MBA in finance/marketing from USC, Mr. Westlake worked in American Airlines’ highly respected Airline Profitability group before assuming the department controller role at Northwest Airlines. He has also held several positions with The Walt Disney Company and Sony Pictures Entertainment. For eight years, Mr. Westlake worked as the CFO for Catholic Charities, and he also served as the interim CFO for the New Mexico Finance Authority, a $2.1 billion organization assisting qualified governmental entities and public companies in the financing of capital equipment and infrastructure projects at any stage of completion - from pre-planning through construction by providing low-cost funds and technical assistance through the issuance of loans, grants and bonds.
