1. SPONSOR: The "NEW-GEN® Universe Autographed Graphic Novel Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by NEW-GEN Universe, Inc, located at 3219 Route 46 East, Suite 205, Parsippany, NJ 07054 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void were prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 5 PM PDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.newgenuniverse.com and follow the instructions to sign up for the email mailing list using the provided online form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):

  • Prize: One (1) winner will receive an autographed NEW-GEN® Graphic Novel by Mark Hamill.

  • ARV: The Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $400. 

  • Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about July 31, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select the potential winner from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply within 5 days, or fails to claim the prize, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
